The world is an expression of Grace. At the highest point it is called Ananda, and at the lowest point it is called Lasya. In creation, Lasya assumes Lordship, and in dissolution, Ananda assumes Lordship. However at all levels of existence, both are present. This is called Kundalini. In human body, Kundalini is first experienced at the level of muladhara chakra. Here Shiva is Ananda Bhairava and Shakti is Lasyeshwari. The one who choose to be under this vibration of the kundalini will continuously be under the influence of birth and death in eighty four lakh life forms. Those who choose to ascend to higher vibrations has to surrender to the Grace of the Guru.
