Smile, it brings out the best in you, and returns only the best to you - Mahagathe

Smile, it brings out the best in you, and returns only the best to you

Smile, it brings out the best in you, and returns only the best to you.

शमथ। Samatha

Smile comes easily to human beings; still many prefer to shrug than smile. A lot of people think that smiling makes them vulnerable.

Your smile is not only for others. You must smile to yourself often. Simply sit with your eyes
closed and begin to smile; let your lips expand very slowly. You will immediately feel a change
in how you feel. This is the easiest way to uplift your mind from feeling low.

You do not have to always wait to feel low to smile. Smile often from the time you wake up to
the time you fall asleep. Include other people in your smile too. Make it a practice to smile
before you ask anything to someone within your home or outside. Very often it is the
people whom you share a home with, your family, that rarely see you smile.

Smile has the power to cheer up your mind and enliven the room you are in. A cheerful mind is
more productive than a constrained mind, and opens new avenues for you.

Similarly, an enlivened room means more opportunities for you in all respects.

So don’t forget to smile and remind each other to smile.
