Take stock of your actions, and choose the ones to keep. - Mahagathe

Take stock of your actions, and choose the ones to keep.

Take stock of your actions, and choose the ones to keep.

Likes and dislikes seem to be the order of the day. When likes are not met, you get frustrated.
Frustration leads to questioning the purpose of doing anything. But you can’t let go because you
want food and more on your plate. Dissatisfied life is the result. When likes are met, you are
excited. You go on an overdrive and fall victim to roadkill. You settle for a half-hearted life.

Likes and dislikes are two sides of the same coin. To let them govern your life means to invite
disaster into your bedroom. They won’t let you have a peaceful sleep. Nobody can live without
action. You do most of it out of compulsion, unconsciously. This makes you judge those around
you. You feel that you do not have a choice, and everything is forced upon you.

Sit down, and go through your actions. If you are sincere, it will not take much time to notice that
there is not much that you are doing. Most of which you do are repetitive actions, and many of
those do not mean anything to you or add any value to you or what you aim for. Do not let your
likes and dislikes be the sole deciding factors in choosing your actions. Let the value of your
actions be the deciding factor for your actions.

Do not be afraid to make changes to your life. Your actions are valuable; do not leave them to
the mercy of your impulses.
